Control Panel alkalmazás besorolása kategóriába(XP-től).
Alapban nem klasszikus nézet, hanem kategória nézettel indul a
vezérlőpult. Ha egy új control panel alkalmazást akarunk berakni
kategóriába, akkor a regedittel kell (Q292463):

0xFFFFFFFF : Do not put the tool in any category (for special tools
